A step-by-step approach to help your child overcome anxiety, build confidence, and become more resilient.

Maybe they are:
Struggling with anxiety or constant worry
Finding it hard to separate from you
Avoiding things or becoming overwhelmed easily
Lacking confidence or doubting themselves
Getting stuck in perfectionism or giving up quickly
Struggling with school or nursery, especially drop-offs
And you’ve probably tried lots of things already, talking, reassuring, encouraging, being firm, but nothing has really helped and you’re left thinking “what do I do now?”.
I first created this for my own son when he struggled with worry and anxiety and I felt lost. It had to work in real life, around busy days, work, after school clubs, tired evenings… all of the mental load of life! It worked wonders and literally transformed our life as a family. Over the past few years, I’ve used and refined this exact method with countless families and it has had the same transformational effects.
Now, I’ve turned it into a guided programme for families who are looking for a more flexible option.
This is not just about managing anxiety in the moment.
Most advice focuses on:
Calming your child down
Getting through the moment
But anxiety doesn’t just disappear because we’ve calmed it once.
This programme helps with:
The moment anxiety shows up
The thoughts and feelings underneath it
Your child’s confidence and self-belief
Their ability to handle challenges and setbacks
So you’re not just firefighting…you’re actually helping your child build the skills they need long-term to overcome this.

A 16-week guided support that takes you through a step-by-step programme to help your child overcome their anxious thoughts and feelings and grow in confidence and resilience.
Inside The Anxiety Method, you’ll be guided through the Huge Little Minds The Complete Wellbeing Programme — this is the full framework we’ll follow together, step-by-step, that covers everything you will need to support your child.
Broken down into 4 simple, manageable sections:
Helping your child understand what anxiety, and other big emotions, are and how to overcome them
Helping them recognise and talk about their thoughts and emotions
Building self-esteem and helping them feel able to try new and scary things
Helping them cope with new challenges, fear of mistakes and perfectionism
This is structured at this time of year for a reason! The timing of the programme allows for it to be completed right in time for the new school term, for a smoother, more positive start for their new class after summer. It also means the majority of the programme can be worked through during a ‘low pressure’ time for children, which is when we always see the best results happen.
Everything is designed to be simple, realistic and easy to fit into busy life
Each week includes:
Short video lessons for you (no long, overwhelming content)
A short video for your child — I’ll explain the strategy to them
A simple, child-friendly activity to help bring it into real life
Ready-made resources from the Complete Wellbeing Toolkit (no prep needed)
A step-by-step booklet to guide you through the full programme and keep you on track
Weekly What’s App Support – I’ll help you each step of the way
A What’s App community with me and other parents going through the programme at the same time.
At the end of each unit, there’s a family challenge to help everything stick and become part of everyday life. You will have a lifetime access to all of these resources, so you can keep coming back to this over the years as new challenges arise.
All the strategies I use a child-friendly versions of teenage and young adult support strategies, so the programme is designed to grow with them over the years.

Real-time support when things don’t go to plan
Sometimes you try something and it doesn’t quite work or your child reacts differently than you expected and you’re left thinking: “What do I do now?” Instead of second guessing yourself or giving up on it, you can ask, get guidance, and adjust it there and then.
WhatsApp parent community
A group of parents going through the same thing
Sharing wins, challenges and learning from each other
This bit is really important to me because it’s not just about having the strategies, it’s easy to know the stuff, but harder to implement it.
It’s about:
Knowing how to use them
Knowing what to tweak when things don’t go as planned
And feeling supported while you’re doing it
You’re not left on your own trying to figure it out.
You’ve got someone there to help you through it.
This is not just giving you random strategies.
It’s giving you:
A clear plan
The right steps, in the right order
Support along the way
Strategies that will support them through every stage as they grow

And importantly…
You don’t have to explain it to your child yourself
